Baby Massage Class (Pre- / Post-natal) - Conducted by Baby Massage Instructor
Infant massage offers many benefits to babies and has been shown to facilitate brain development, strengthen cardio respiratory function, improve absorption of nutrients, and relieve constipation and colic. Moreover, skin-to-skin contact between a mother and a baby encourages a release of hormones that in turn makes breastfeeding easier, helps produce more milk, relieves postnatal anxiety, and enhances parent-child bonding.

Our one-hour class is suitable for parent-to-be, and is conducted by a Certified Infant Massage Instructor.
